Don't fret, Sara Morgan: My return to Iowa is only temporary. I have not left the Y forever. In fact, this is as good a time as any to announce that I begin full time at the Y as a housekeeping crew leader August 20th. Scrubbing toliets is not the most auspicious career, but it's pretty damn good for a philosophy major. Besides, it's about time I did some honest work.

The wedding was beautiful. Tony and Caroline make a good couple. We had a great time. Luke and Corey made it through the night at the Rustic B&B, and we took the nickel tour of the Oak this afternoon. There are pictures--including ones at the downtown gazebo and the Red Oak obelisk--and I will get them posted soon.

Wish me luck on the drive back tomorrow. I hope I make it through Nebraska alive.
