Here I am in Dead Oak for a couple of days. Spending the day doing laundry and doing other fascinating things such as filing my Colorado tax return.

Had dinner with Mom and Dad last night and got to talk for a while. Got to smack Sarah around a bit, too. Will have to see if Nicki and Caroline don't want to hang out tomorrow afternoon in Omaha.

I just heard Dad starting the washing machine. Guess cominng home has some unexpected benefits.
